A lovely experience I’ve had with Plugbear. One of the most reasonable quotes I’ve received as well, and extremely professional. Every nook and corner was to perfection! Initially I had my doubts with so many scams and unprofessional services received before, but with PlugBear, I run out of superlatives. Intending to acquire their services for a lot of dreams I have in mind. 6 Stars out of 5. Exceeded my expectations and left me red-faced.

We originally contracted Plugbear for a small bathroom project. However, we were so impressed with their attitude and efficiency that we added more projects. Things ultimately snow-balled into a major home renovation. We learned a lot from their expertise as they patiently shared the pros and cons of every option we picked. However, they always respected our choices and decisions and we never felt pressured to follow their advice.

We feel they sincerely tried to help us instead of focusing on making profit. Their staff were professional, super nice and had a great sense of humor. Sometimes, they worked so hard that we had to chase them to lunch/home after work. Now that the project is over, we almost miss having the cheerful team around.

For many years, we had many terrible experiences with contractors who overcharged, had hidden costs, or delivered low-quality work. Plugbear was honest with their pricing and work ethic that they felt like a breath of fresh air. We feel blessed to have found Plugbear and if we could describe this company with just a few words, we’d say this is a company with conscience.

We contacted Plugbear while living through a reno nightmare. The ID we engaged was unprofessional and produced shoddy work. One of their contractors burst our water pipes which led to secondary leaks. They did not respond to our urgent request for help but Plugbear showed up immediately and fixed it so quickly and completely. Zac and Murugan's expertise and professionalism really amazed us. What would take my engaged ID 1 month to fix, they fixed it on the spot. As we ended up in a legal tussle with the ID, Zac also kindly helped with providing an extensive quote for all the bad work that the ID produced so that we could protect ourselves. This effort was unnecessary work that he incurred and we are deeply appreciative. We continued to engage Plugbear to do rectification works and they continued to wow us with their efficiency, honesty and professionalism. I just wish we had met them earlier. We will definitely continue to engage Plugbear. Thank you! Our house is so much more livable now.
